Herencias Patrimoniales is a California sole proprietorship providing estate-planning education, consulting and administrative coordination. We are not a law firm, licensed attorney or registered legal document assistant. We do not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice or represent clients in legal proceedings. Legal and tax advice must come directly from appropriately qualified independent professionals under their own engagement terms.
Information, not individualized advice
This website provides general educational and service information. It is not a substitute for advice about your specific circumstances. Visiting this site, contacting us or scheduling a consultation does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship. Communications with us are not automatically protected by attorney–client privilege.
Trust suitability, tax treatment, asset protection and probate outcomes depend on applicable law, the documents, proper execution and funding, and individual circumstances. No particular result is guaranteed. An irrevocable trust can restrict control and future changes; obtain independent legal and tax advice before proceeding.
Services and independent professionals
Herencias Patrimoniales organizes client-provided information and administrative steps. Third-party providers handle document-related fulfillment. Service descriptions do not establish attorney supervision of that work or an attorney–client relationship with us. Any independent professional’s scope and engagement must be confirmed directly. An attorney’s scope, availability and engagement terms govern that attorney’s work. A consultation or document review is not continuing legal representation unless separately agreed. Refer to your written service agreement and order details for the actual scope, eligibility and exclusions.
Pricing and timing
Prices and inclusions are stated with each service. Additional work or charges must be confirmed before proceeding. Estimated completion times depend on complete information, professional review, signing, shipping and third-party processing. Expedited document preparation does not automatically expedite attorney review, notarization, shipping or county recording. Contact us before purchasing if you have a deadline.
Final-sale policy and consumer rights
All products and services are final sale, except where refunds or cancellation rights are required by applicable law or expressly provided in your written agreement. This policy does not waive remedies for nonperformance, misrepresentation, defective products or services, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. It does not retroactively change an existing agreement.
For order concerns or a cancellation request, contact support@herenciaspatrimoniales.com promptly with your order details. For appointment changes, use the options in your booking confirmation or contact us. Rescheduling a consultation is separate from cancelling a purchased service.
Your information and use of the website
Provide accurate information and share another person’s information only with appropriate authority. Do not place sensitive records or urgent legal deadlines in general inquiry forms or calendar notes. Ask for the appropriate channel. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code or impersonate another person.
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. It is not a blanket consent to unrelated uses of personal information.
Third-party platforms and materials
Google Sites, Square and Cal.com provide website, store and scheduling features. Their applicable terms and privacy notices also govern their services. Links do not guarantee a third party’s content, availability or performance. These terms do not remove obligations that applicable law places on Herencias Patrimoniales.
Website materials belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. Personal viewing and printing are permitted; other uses remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights and lawful exceptions. Some images are illustrative and do not depict actual staff, clients or offices.
Availability, updates and questions
Website information may change or become outdated. Contact us to confirm information relevant to a purchase or for help accessing content. Updates to these terms will be identified by the date above and will not retroactively amend an existing service agreement. Applicable law and severability
California law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by law. This does not displace mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. No provision excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
