Eligibility and scope

Available for eligible estate plans originally prepared through Herencias Patrimoniales and our estate-planning platform. Plans prepared by another provider require review to determine whether a restatement or another service is appropriate.

A standard amendment updates eligible provisions while leaving the underlying trust in place. Major restructuring, restatements and additional legal work are outside this service. Additional amendment requests are billed separately. Notarization is not included; you may use your own qualified notary or purchase our Mobile Notary Service.

The Comprehensive Estate & Legacy Plan includes one standard amendment within 36 months of completion, subject to scope limitations. Contact us before purchasing if you qualify for this included benefit.
