A CLEAR PATH FROM PLANNING TO IMPLEMENTATION
We help you gather the right information, prepare your estate plan, understand your documents, and take the next steps to put your plan into action.
Every estate plan includes state-licensed attorney review, a state-specific written review letter, and a 30-minute Zoom consultation. Ask questions about your plan and receive legal advice directly from the attorney. We coordinate these steps with you.
After your completed plan is submitted, allow approximately 13–15 business days for standard preparation, attorney review, and coordination and shipping.
5 business days · Document preparation and internal review
5 additional business days · State-specific attorney review
3–5 additional business days · Herencias Patrimoniales coordination and shipping
Plans with extensive instructions—three or more advisor notes, or especially detailed notes—may need up to 3 additional business days. Consultation appointments, signing, trust funding, and county recording have separate schedules. These are estimates; scheduling, carrier delivery, and county processing can vary.
Share your family details, assets, beneficiaries, and the people you trust to make decisions. We help you organize the information and clarify your instructions before submitting your plan.
Your role: Complete the requested information and confirm that it reflects your wishes.
Once your plan is submitted, the preparation team drafts the documents and completes its internal reviews. We contact you if anything needs clarification.
