Scope of your package

Includes ONE eligible property/deed transfer and ONE eligible business-interest assignment. Additional properties are charged separately at the applicable deed-transfer price, starting at $595 per property. Additional eligible business entities are $350 each.

Your complimentary amendment is limited to one standard amendment within 36 months of completion. Major restructuring, restatements, additional legal work, additional deeds, additional entities and matters outside the standard amendment scope are excluded.

Optional services

Mobile Notary Service ($550) and 3-Business-Day Expedited Service ($350) are not included. You may select and engage your own qualified Notary Public.
