Herencias Patrimoniales is a California sole proprietorship providing estate-planning education, consulting and administrative coordination. This notice covers information associated with our website, store, consultation scheduling and communications. Independent professional and technology providers may also process information under their own privacy notices.
Information involved
When you contact us, schedule a consultation or purchase a service, information may include your name, email address, telephone number, appointment details, messages, selected services, billing/delivery addresses and order records. The planning process may also involve family, beneficiary, asset and planning information provided through the designated intake process. Only provide another person’s information when you have authority to do so.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, complete financial-account numbers, medical records or confidential estate documents in general inquiries or calendar notes. Contact us for the appropriate document-delivery method.
How information is used and disclosed
Information is used to respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, coordinate requested services, administer orders, communicate with clients, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Depending on the service, relevant information may be provided to document-preparation platforms, independent legal or tax professionals, notaries, shipping providers and recording offices. Public filings, including recorded deeds, may become public records. Information may also be disclosed as required by law or in connection with security incidents or legal claims.
We do not sell customer personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We do not currently send marketing emails or marketing text messages. Our Square storefront nevertheless displays optional email signup and checkout marketing choices. Those features can collect information if you choose to use them. Square also offers its own saved-payment feature and separate communications choices; review those choices before completing checkout. Appointment, order and service communications are separate from marketing.
Google Sites, Square and Cal.com
Google Sites hosts this website, Square provides our online store and checkout, and Cal.com provides scheduling, including embedded calendars. Loading or using their features may send technical information, such as IP address, device/browser information and interactions, to those providers. Cookies and similar technologies may be used by the platforms. Square handles payment information through its checkout. The storefront references Square buyer-analytics technology and displays Google Maps and a Google reCAPTCHA notice. These features may process technical and interaction information under the relevant provider’s policies. We have not verified the complete inventory or duration of platform cookies.
We have not enabled separate analytics or advertising trackers for this business. This does not mean that the hosting, payment and scheduling platforms collect no technical information. Platform-controlled processing and browser-signal responses are subject to their settings and policies; we do not represent that all embedded services respond to Do Not Track signals. Browser privacy controls may limit cookies but can affect functionality.

No website, email or storage method is completely secure. Use the designated intake process for sensitive planning information. Our services are intended for adults arranging estate planning; information about minor beneficiaries should be supplied by an authorized adult.
